    In Settings → Import and export (or on the Clients page), choose the file. Doodali matches the columns: company, contact, email, phone, address. You check them.

    Connect your channels

    Point your email, website form and Facebook Page at Doodali so new enquiries arrive there.

    Invite the team

    Unlimited users, so bring everyone across at once. Run both side by side for a week if you like.

How long does it take?

Most people have a business moved across in an afternoon: export, import, connect email and forms, invite the team.

Will I lose my history?

Customers and their contacts come across, and anyone already in Doodali is skipped, so you can import again safely. From WHMCS, invoices come across too. Old emails stay in your mailbox; once Google or Microsoft 365 is connected, new ones are logged in Doodali.
