Moving from Pipedrive to Doodali
Pipedrive exports people and organisations from their list views as a CSV.
Updated 30 September 2026
1. Export from Pipedrive
- In Pipedrive, go to Contacts → People and make sure the filter shows everyone.
- Open the “…” menu above the list and choose Export filter results, then CSV.
- Download the file. Each person comes with their organisation’s name.
- You can also export everything from Settings → Export data.
2. Import into Doodali
- In Doodali, open the business you’re bringing across, then go to Settings → Import and export and press Import clients from a CSV (or press Import on the Clients page).
- Choose the file. Doodali reads the column headings and matches them for you: company name, email, phone, address, VAT number, notes, and the contact’s name, email, phone and job title.
- Check the matches. Anything Doodali couldn’t match is set to “Skip”: choose a field for it, or leave it out.
- Press Import. Each row becomes a client with its main contact. More people at a company that’s already there are added as its contacts, and clients already in Doodali are skipped, so you can import again safely.
Tips for Pipedrive
- Map Organization to Company name, and Name, Email and Phone to the main contact.
