Moving to Doodali

Moving from WHMCS to Doodali

Doodali imports straight from WHMCS: clients, their contacts, their invoices, and what services and domains they have. No spreadsheets.

Import straight from WHMCS

  1. In WHMCS, go to Setup → Staff Management → Manage API Credentials and press Generate New API Credential. Give it a role that can read clients and billing.
  2. Go to Setup → General Settings → Security and add Doodali’s server, 62.100.206.39, to API IP Access Restriction.
  3. In Doodali, open the business, go to Settings → Import and export → From WHMCS, paste your WHMCS address and the credential, and press Test the connection.
  4. Press Import. It runs in the background, and you can leave the page. When it’s done, you can delete the credential in WHMCS.
