Every deadline kept. Every record chased for you.
Price and sign up new clients in minutes, see every deadline in one calendar, and let Doodali chase the paperwork until it’s all in.
The accounts aren’t the hard part. The chasing is.
What gets in the way, and what Doodali does about it.
Pricing every proposal by hand
Price by the size of the client with your own rate card. Build a proposal in a minute, the client accepts and signs online, and their monthly orders are made for you.
Deadlines and repeat work on a spreadsheet
Accounts and confirmation statement dates come straight from Companies House, beside corporation tax, VAT, payroll and self assessment. VAT returns, year ends and payroll become jobs by themselves, with due dates and who’s responsible.
Records arriving in dribs and drabs
Ask for year end records, ID or payslips from a ready list. Clients send them through your Customer Hub or a private link, and Doodali chases until it’s all there.
AML checks on paper
A risk assessment for every client, directors and people with significant control from Companies House, ID and proof of address sent in by the client, a second person for high risk, and a register to export.
A shoebox of receipts at year end
You or your clients photograph, upload or forward receipts. The AI reads each one, you check it beside the picture, and it goes into Xero with the picture attached.
Less typing, less chasing.
The AI reads the paperwork and Doodali does the reminding. You check and sign off.
- Reads each receipt and bill for the supplier, date, VAT and total

Questions,
answered.
Anything else, ask, a real person replies.
Does it replace my tax or accounts software?
No. Doodali runs the client side of the practice: proposals, onboarding, deadlines, records, AML, recurring jobs and fees. Keep your accounts production and tax filing software, and send invoices to Xero.
Where do the deadlines come from?
Accounts and confirmation statement dates come straight from Companies House. Corporation tax, VAT, payroll, self assessment and Making Tax Digital dates sit beside them.
How do clients send their documents?
Through your Customer Hub or a private link, a bit at a time if they like. Everything they send lands on their record, and Doodali reminds them until it’s all in.
Can a second person approve high risk clients?
Yes. High risk AML assessments need a second person to approve them, reviews are reminded, and the register can be exported for your supervisor.
How much does Doodali cost?
The first 500 accounts pay £19.99 a month plus VAT for each business, kept for as long as they stay subscribed. After that it’s £29.99 a month plus VAT. Every feature and unlimited users are included, and every business gets 500 free credits a month for AI.
Spend the time on the accounts, not the chasing.
Bring one business across and see how it feels. If it isn’t better than what you have now, nothing’s lost.
