Upload once. Out everywhere.
Drop in your filmed episode. Doodali takes out the audio, writes it up, makes the thumbnails and schedules YouTube, your podcast and your newsletter together.
Recording is the fun part. Then there’s everything else.
What gets in the way, and what Doodali does about it.
A day of admin for every episode
Upload the video once. Doodali takes out the MP3 and writes the transcript, three titles, show notes, chapters and the YouTube description, and makes three thumbnails from the video.
Publishing in four places
Pick one date and time. The episode goes out on your podcast feed, the video turns public on YouTube, the newsletter follows and your guest is told.
Running out of guests
Say who you’re after, with an age range and a place if you like. The AI finds guests of similar podcasts, authors, speakers, people in the news, everyday people with a story, and who’s on at venues near you, each with a public source and why they’d suit your show.
Invites that never get a reply
The AI drafts a personal invite sent from your own Gmail or Outlook, with up to two follow ups that stop when they reply. Say yes and they move to Booked on your guest board, ready for the guest form.
Hosting is yet another subscription
Host your show on Doodali, with its own feed for Apple Podcasts, Spotify and every podcast app, a page with a player, and download counts. Move an existing show across by its feed.
The AI writes it up. You pick and press go.
Everything it writes is a draft. Change the words, choose a thumbnail, then schedule it all at once.
- Writes the transcript, with times
- Drafts three titles, show notes, chapters, the YouTube description and tags
- Writes the newsletter for the episode
- Makes three YouTube thumbnails from frames of your video, and a square episode cover
- Finds guests who suit your show, and drafts the invite and follow ups
- Replies to YouTube comments, and leaves anything it shouldn’t answer for you
Up and running in three steps.
- 1

Drop in the filmed episode and pick the guest from your guest board.
- 2
Check the words
Change the titles, notes and newsletter, and pick one of three thumbnails.
- 3

Questions,
answered.
Anything else, ask, a real person replies.
Do I need to film my podcast?
The publishing wizard starts from a video and takes the audio out of it. Audio only shows can still upload episodes straight to their podcast feed.
Can I move my podcast from another host?
Yes. Give Doodali your show’s RSS feed and it sets the show up and copies every episode across.
Will it post to my YouTube channel?
Yes. Connect your channel and the video goes up as private, then turns public at the time you picked, with the thumbnail you chose.
Does it find guests for me?
Yes. Describe your show once, then search for who you’re after this time, with an age range, a place and a radius if you like. The AI only suggests people it has a public source for, never suggests anyone twice, and learns from the guests whose episodes did best. Searches use credits for what they use.
How much does Doodali cost?
