Your profile, photo and password

Change your details, add a photo, or change your password.

Open the menu at the top right and choose Settings → Your profile.

• Photo, upload one and it shows instead of your initials on tasks, projects, chat and your booking page.
• Name, job title, email and phone, changing your email needs your current password, because it’s how you sign in.
• Password, at least 12 characters. If you signed up with Google, you can set a password here too.
• Email me about, which notifications are also emailed to you: only what’s about you (you’re tagged, given something, or a client replies or books, the default), everything, or nothing.
