Your trial, plan and billing

How the free trial works, what you pay and what happens if a payment fails.

The free trial

Every account starts with 14 days free, no card needed. Add a card any time in Settings → Billing; you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

What you pay

£19.99 a month, plus VAT, for each company. Unlimited users and every feature. Adding a company adds £19.99; archiving one stops its charge. Or pay yearly, £199 a year for each company, and get two months free.

If the trial ends or a payment fails

Nothing is deleted. Your account pauses until a card is added or the payment goes through, then everything is back exactly as you left it.

Invoices and cancelling

Download past invoices, change your card or cancel from Settings → Billing.
