Sending forms to customers

Collect briefs, details and files from customers, and move the project on when they answer.

1. Go to Forms and press New form. Add your questions, text, choices, dates and file uploads.
2. Choose what happens when it’s answered, such as Then move the project to a column.
3. Press Send on the form, pick the client (and project), and Doodali emails them a private link. You can also Copy link to send it yourself.

Customers don’t need a login. When they finish, you get a notification, the answers and files are saved on the project, and it moves on if you asked it to. See them any time under Answers.
