Requests by message

Leave asked for in passing and forgotten.

Documents everywhere

Contracts, ID and certificates in emails and filing cabinets.

Leave

Booked and signed off in Doodali.

Staff book holiday, sick, unpaid or other leave, with half days. It goes to the person who signs off leave for their team, who approves or declines it.

  • An approver for each team
  • Notifications both ways
  • Overlaps and allowances checked
Allowances

Counted for you.

Set everyone’s allowance and your leave year. Weekends and UK bank holidays aren’t counted, so the balances are always right.

  • Bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
  • Carry-over and different allowances
  • Who’s off in one view
HR records

Documents, contracts and forms.

Keep each person’s documents in their HR record, send employment contracts for e-signature, and send forms like medical questionnaires, seen only by them and HR.

  • Signed contracts filed automatically
  • Forms answered to HR only
  • Sick leave kept private

Questions,
answered.

Anything else, ask, a real person replies.

How much does it cost?

The HR app is included in Doodali’s £19.99 a month, for your whole team.

Can colleagues see why someone’s off?

No. Colleagues just see “Off”. Only HR and the person who signs off their leave can see if it’s sick leave.

Does it do payroll?

No, keep your payroll software. Doodali handles leave, documents, contracts and forms.

Does it do shift rotas?

Not yet, it’s for holiday and leave, and knowing who’s off.

Holiday sorted. For everyone.

Bring one business across and see how it feels. If it isn’t better than what you have now, nothing’s lost.
