One place for your clients, in your branding.
The Customer Hub gives your clients their own sign-in at your hub address, where they see and pay invoices, message you and see their bookings.
Clients shouldn’t have to search their inbox for you.
Lost in email
Invoices, links and updates buried in a client’s inbox.
“Can you resend that?”
Calls and emails asking for things you’ve already sent.
A portal on top
Another tool to pay for, that doesn’t know your invoices or bookings.
See it. Pay it.
Billing contacts see every invoice, download a PDF and pay online through your own Stripe. Paid invoices are marked paid for you.
- Only billing contacts see invoices
- A Pay button on each one
- PDF copies to download
Talk to you, from their hub.
Clients message you from their hub, and it lands in your shared inbox. Your team replies from Doodali, and clients get an email when you do.
- Messages in your shared inbox
- Support requests with a category
- Bookings they can see and change
Switch on more when you’re ready.
Each extra starts off. Switch on a community, courses with video lessons, a shop where orders become invoices, or rewards for paying and reviewing.
- Community, courses, shop and rewards
- News, events, documents and forms
- Preview it as a client sees it

Where do clients find it?
At your own hub address, yourname.doodali.me, with your logo and colours on the sign-in page.
How do clients join?
By invitation. A join button goes in the emails Doodali already sends them, like invoices, and they sign in with a password or an emailed link.
Can a client who uses several businesses on Doodali use one login?
Yes. One Doodali login shows every hub they belong to.
How much does it cost?
The Customer Hub is included in Doodali’s £19.99 a month plus VAT. The optional AI assistant uses credits.
Give your clients their own front door.
Bring one business across and see how it feels. If it isn’t better than what you have now, nothing’s lost.
