Win the work. Send the invoice. Same place.
Clients, deals and invoices together in one system, with a Pay online button on every invoice and everything synced to Xero.
Your CRM knows the deal. Your invoicing tool doesn’t.
Two systems
Sales in one tool, invoices in another, and nothing joined up.
Typing it again
The client’s details and the price, copied from one to the other.

More of what’s included
Questions,
answered.
Anything else, ask, a real person replies.
Do I still need accounts software?
Yes, for your books. Doodali handles clients, sales and invoicing, and syncs invoices and payments to Xero.
Does Doodali take a percentage of payments?
No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s usual fees, with nothing added by Doodali.
Can I send contracts before I invoice?
Yes. Send contracts for e-signature from your templates, and invoices can wait until they’re signed.
How much does it cost?
CRM and invoicing are both included in Doodali’s £19.99 a month plus VAT, with unlimited users.
One system, from enquiry to paid.
Bring one business across and see how it feels. If it isn’t better than what you have now, nothing’s lost.
