Doodali for other businesses
Questions,
answered.
Anything else, ask, a real person replies.
Is Doodali a case management system?
No. Doodali is the client and business side: enquiries, onboarding, e-signatures, matters at a glance and invoices. Keep your case management system for legal work.
Does it do ID or AML checks?
No. Use your existing ID and AML checking service; Doodali can hold the documents on the client.
How much does it cost?
£19.99 a month plus VAT, with unlimited users, so a firm of twelve costs the same as a team of one. Every feature is included, and there’s a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
Are e-signatures legally valid?
Electronic signatures are generally valid in England and Wales for most documents, and Doodali keeps a certificate of who signed and when. Some documents, like deeds and wills, have their own rules, check before using any e-signature for them.
